Bike Pirates Birthday Party Friday at Humber Bay Park

https://www.facebook.com/events/514029992057738/

Ahoy!

This Friday, July 11th Bike Pirates will be hosting our annual Birthday bonfire & group ride to celebrate the 8th year that the shop has been servicing the bike community of Toronto. To thank our community, we invite you to join us for a ride and bonfire on the waterfront! We will depart from Bike Pirates at 7pm and make our way down Roncesvalles to the Waterfront Bike Trail, ending up at Humber Bay park east where we will celebrate with a bonfire, snacks, and drinks. Pirates will be providing vegetarian sweet and savoury snacks (that can heated on the open fire (ie smores, veggies, veg dogs), some alcoholic and lots of non-alcoholic drinks. The party will officially end at 1am when the fire gets put out.

Meet at Bike Pirates (St. Clarins & Bloor) – 7pm
(Late comers second group will leave about 30 mins after first group leaves)

Approximately 30 min ride to fire pit

Fire out at 1am

This is a community event and all are welcome.

The bonfire pit is in a park where there are no bathrooms. Be prepared to use natural facilities.
There is also limited lighting on the waterfront trail and the park itself, so please remember your lights. There is a good chance of bugs, so consider bug spray or long sleeves.

As always we are striving for safer spaces. Many volunteers will be present if you have concerns on the nights and before then feel free to contact us here on fb or at info@bikepirates.com
